Soul That Swings really got the party started! Their sound is unique and every member of the band is extremely talented. I was especially pleased with the repertoire of songs they offered. If you want a band that sounds great, is reliable and very accommodating this the band you should hire.

They played a mix of music which complemented the event and setting. Providing background music whilst guests arrived but they certainly didn't go unnoticed or fade into the background. Everyone commented how good and professional they were. Very talented bunch.

Soul That Swings are absolutely amazing! Everyone we spoke to during the evening and afterwards commented on how great the band were. We requested a song which was not on their repertoire list for our first dance and they confirmed it would not be a problem and on the day their performance of it was fantastic. We cannot thank them enough for creating such a wonderful and lively atmosphere!

Their setup / arrival / departure could not have been more seamless; they looked fantastic as a band; and above everything - they sounded amazing! The lead singer's voice is just SENSATIONAL! The choice of music was great and they were so engaging as a band that our guests barely left the dance floor all night. Soul that Swings were amazing. They were lovely to deal with in the run up to our wedding and they are fantastic musicians and were very professional and punctual. Everyone at our wedding since has said how great they were and what a brilliant energy and vibe they created for the dance floor. Our venue had a sound limiter which they worked under very well. The crowds enthusiasm added volume which tripped the limiter and cut out the music a few times, but the band were totally professional about it and had the music and party up and running within minutes again. They all dressed smartly and are polite. They really made our wedding reception perfect. Thank you guys!

Soul That Swings were incredible. All our guests were raving about how great they were and rightly so. The music was spot on and gave us a real soulful almost jazz vibe at times. A classic and timeless mix of songs/eras; we absolutely loved them. Dealing with the band was absolutely hassle free and they were so flexible and accommodating of our requirements, and didn’t flap at all when some of the timings changed on the day.

Extremely professional group who were prompt and polite at all times, respectful to us and our venue. They were very flexible with the changes we asked them to make, even though it was last minute. They went the extra distance to make sure our event was first rate. A 100% recommendation.

Initially we were slightly nervous hiring a band online that we hadn't met and had only heard songs through a video. I'm so so pleased we took the chance as Soul That Swings were absolutely incredible and I wish I could have them play at every party I go to! Soul that Swings is an absolutely amazing band of young, talented musicians that produce the most brilliant sound you'll ever hear. I wanted a band that could produce a jazz/swing/soul vibe with a mix of classic swing music and more modern contemporary songs and boy did they deliver. The vibe they created was amazing and their medley/mix of the songs 'superstition with uptown funk' was pure genius. I'm still getting comments weeks on from friends about how good they were. Soul that Swings were completely professional throughout the whole process from hiring through to performing. They were extremely polite and approachable and were open to being flexible with their sets to tailor it to the needs of the function. On the night, not only did they sound great but they looked the part too. I paid slightly more than I originally wanted to for a band for my party but they were so worth it and I'm so pleased I found them. Check out their video on Youtube, they really are as good as they sound. I'm only sad that I'll probably never get to hear them live again. Thank you STS, best birthday present ever!!

The organisation and communication were detailed and thorough and the music was wild and inspired. The dance floor was crowded with everyone from 85 to 13. Everything that you would want from a band. Absolutely brilliant.

We hired Soul That Swings for our wedding day and they totally blew us away. They were by far one of my favourite parts of the day as their talent and charisma was outstanding. We had so many of our guests coming up to us saying how good the band were, so it wasn't just my wife and I that loved it... the whole room did. I would without a doubt recommend these guys to anyone looking for a swing band with charisma and the ability to do justice to the old classics and also add a swing touch to more recent popular songs.

The lead singer was extremely helpful and professional to deal with. The band were superb and we didn't want the night to end! All of my guests commented on how great they were and I agree. A fab night from start to finish. Thank you!

Soul That Swings were first class! They massively exceeded our expectations. They really do cover all bases and therefore appeal to a wide audience. We requested that their first set started off with slow swing songs before ending with some more upbeat swing songs. The second set was more akin to wedding classics. By the end of the first set, there was a full dance floor and people could not wait for their return after the short interval. We had a number of musicians as guests who have played in various types of bands over the years. Every musician in attendance were highly impressed with the riffs of the guitarists, the drummer and the singers. The band were very easy to deal with at all stages of the booking process. They provided a good array of songs to choose from and even went out of their way to learn and play our first dance song (a great touch). On the day itself they arrived and set up with no fuss. They created such a great atmosphere because everyone (including themselves) were having so much fun dancing to their music. All in all, Soul That Swings are a lovely group of musicians who we would recommend to anyone!

We hired Soul That Swings for our evening wedding reception and they were excellent! As requested they did a mostly swing set for the first hour whilst evening guests were warming up, and went into full blown party mode in the second set. Everyone raved about them, and besides being very professional, they were really nice guys. Would definitely recommend!

A huge thank you to Soul That Swings for a wonderful evening of live entertainment at our wedding! My husband comes from a very musical family, so picking our wedding band was always going to be a big ask. We knew we wanted to book them when we heard their demo online, amazing vocals and such a nice sound. We were looking for a swing band and got so much more! Soul That Swings provided us with an incredible set list and we decided to go for a first set of slower songs and swing classics, with fantastic Buble and Sinatra covers; the second set was made up of more modern, pop, upbeat hits.
